We at Mountain of Jewels do everything we can to ensure that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and that your purchase will bring you many years of enjoyment. If you’re dissatisfied in any way, give us a chance to make things right. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the original purchase price minus 10% restocking fee and shipping cost of $6. We do not refund any shipping expenses.  Please make a responsible purchase and make sure you want the item. 

To return an item, please contact us within 3 days or receiving the item.  You will be assigned an authorization number at that time. Item(s) must be returned in an undamaged condition and are subject to inspection by our quality assurance department. The item(s) must be shipped within 7 days of delivery with the original gift box. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.
