Alex Sanchez - Navajo/Zuni
Award winning jeweler Alex Sanchez was born in Gallup, New Mexico into Navajo and Zuni heritage in 1969. Alex has been awarded at prestigious shows including The Gallup Intertribal Ceremonial, the Navajo Nation Fair, and the Red Earth Festival in Oklahoma. Blending modern and classic styles in exciting ways, Alex crafts southwestern jewelry with heavy gauge sterling, 14K gold and carefully chosen stones. Known for creating unique petroglyph patterns, Alex demonstrates panache for creating distinctive combinations of color and composition. Alex is the younger brother of both Myron and Brad Panteah. Alex lives in Gallup with his wife and three daughters.
